Learn the Spring Forest Qigong Five Element Healing Movements in your home, community area, or another convenient location. The 35 minutes of healing movements in addition to meditation can be done any time, whether daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or another schedule suitable to your life. Feel the group energy of Spring Forest Qigong Five Element Healing Movements as we go through the movements, learn techniques for meditation and take the time to talk and share.
